It has been a pleasure serving as your 2011 NEFMLS President. As we near the end of the last quarter of 2011 I want to take this time to thank the NEFMLS Directors, various committees, staff and you our members for making the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service the best MLS that REALTORS can have. While 2011 was another challenging year for all of us I am pleased that we have been able to maintain the high quality service that you deserve and expect. I am happy to report that we are financial sound despite a continued decline in membership. Like many of you we have reduced recurring expenses and eliminated expensive budget items by finding other ways to provide the same or similar service.
