Membership Information for Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Services, Inc (NEFMLS):

 

The license requirements to join as a Member are, State Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida , or State Certified Appraiser in Florida, Or Sales Associate licensed under a current active NEFMLS Member Broker. We offer different types of membership depending on the need of the joining Licensed Broker or Certified Appraiser. NEFMLS Services offered:

NEFMLS offers other services to our participating members. IDX, Office Administrative Assistants and Personal Assistants access may be requested. Please click on the link below that you are inquiring about.
